Planting a Seed - Starting your own Business

We often see images of plants and increasing stacks of coins, replicating financial growth.

We plant seeds in the environment that enables them to germinate. The seed will grow roots to extract nutrients from the soil and leaves to enable the photosynthesis process for healthy growth. With watering and feeding the plant will mature and grow into something that will you will show off with pride.

This is an accurate description of a business start-up process. We can use this analogy to describe what it takes to successfully launch and grow your own business.

You begin with the seed of an idea which you develop in a business plan. A key aspect of your business plan is market research, demonstrating an understanding your new business environment. Establishing a solid foundation with research to gain an understanding of your potential client base and your competitors.

As your business grows you will continue to nurture your idea, exploring ways to improve your product or service, caring for your customers, monitoring trends and your competitors. Ensuring you establish a resilient business foundation and develop robust growth.

Creating something of which to be proud.
