Who is the influencer in your organisation?

Irrespective of the formal structure, in most organisations whether it be a school classroom, social group or business, there will be someone the “informal leader” to whom their peers will look for guidance, inspiration or leadership.

No matter the management hierarchy the informal leader will have influence beyond their position.
