“Empathisers” bring calmness to team dynamics. Their insight delivers a balance between being driven forward and the well-being of participants.
Finally, we have the “hostages” who have faced hardships and overcome adversity. They bring resilience and tenacity, their contribution imparts perseverance, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
Together, they form a powerful bond, transcending their differences, embracing the values that each participant brings. Demonstrating that individuals from various backgrounds and experiences can come together to create a successful team. Each contributing their unique strengths, fostering a sense of unity and enabling them to overcome obstacles and achieve a shared objective. With their diverse perspectives, there is no limit to what they can accomplish.
