𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲 each of the potential detractors, identifying potential causes and testing each as the possible root of the problem.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 business performance by systematically eliminating the causes of failure and implementing the necessary changes.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 business performance with frequent reviews of the benchmark metrics to ensure it does not regress and decline.
