I recently received this feedback from a client and it had me buzzing.

โ€œThanks again for the time today it was very helpful, for the first time in a while I'm genuinely excited about what's going to happen over the next few months.โ€

Not much later I found myself back in my usual daily routine with the positive vibes pretty much dissipated. It occurred to me that we should be able to prolong that buzz and use it positively.

From a bit of research this is what I discovered.

When you're having a very good day, it's a great opportunity to make the most of the positive energy and mood.

Be grateful. Gratitude will reinforce positivity and help you maintain an optimistic outlook.

Use the positivity to set and work toward personal or professional goals. It is surprising how much more productive you will be.

Remember what's made you feel so good. Most probably you will have missed these opportunities in the past because you were โ€œjust too busyโ€.

Acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments. Even the smallest achievement will contribute to your positive mood.

Remember that these moments are precious and that they are a source of resilience for challenging times. Make the most of them and use them to build and strengthen your overall well-being and happiness.
