Real – Can they share authentic case studies explaining the benefits they have delivered?
Relevance – Is their experience pertinent to your business and your market sector?
Expertise – Are they knowledgeable and have the necessary skills to support you and your business aspirations?
Genuine – Do they have testimonials and are they from real people with real businesses?
Authentic – Do they demonstrate an awareness of the challenges you and your business face and have a toolkit of potential solutions?
Proactive – Are they investing in themselves to ensure they are up to date with essential knowledge and awareness of current business issues?
Affordable – Of course it has to be within your budget, but importantly, it is an investment not an expense!
